Group Description:
We gather on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month and meet from 7-8 pm.
My preference is for the group to be men in their 20s and 30s, but am open to those outside that age range, that come ready to spend time in fellowship, prayer, discipleship, Bible Study, worship, and at some point, sharing things that are going well and aren't going well in our lives to encourage and pray for each other to keep pressing on.
Overall, men from all stages of their walks in faith are welcome, whether you still have doubts and are exploring further, just committed your life to Christ, or maybe you are a Christian but feel like you are stagnating in your growth, or maybe you are just on fire for Christ and want to keep going, come join us!
At some point, depending on group size, I'd like to break off into core groups of 3-4 men to meet once a month to supplement the fellowship and prayer that takes place on Wednesday nights. Furthermore, I'd like to explore how we can serve our community - in and outside the church - as well.
We typically go to missional partner My Friends House and bring the boys there in foster care a meal and fellowship with them every other week.

Group Vision
I envision this being a group of men that are focused on 1) Growing Closer to Jesus (Hebrews 12:1-3), 2) Growing Closer Together (Hebrews 10:23-25), and 3) Growing Closer to our Community (1 Peter 4:10-11, Mark 10:45, 1 John 3:16-18). I want to see God work in each of us to help us become men of God that find true joy in Christ, rather than the things of this world because earthly things do not last while Eternity with Christ in Heaven is forever.
