MENTEE COMMITMENT:

I am an active attender of Church of the CIty and faithfully attend worship.
I understand that I must make a commitment to my mentor. I will communicate with and meet with my mentor on a regular basis as we mutually agreed upon.
I will make every effort to keep my mentoring relationship ongoing, consistent and intentional. I will always ask God to be the center of it and bless it.
I understand that what is said in the mentor/mentee relationship is confidential, but give my mentor permission to ask others to help if I am hurting myself or others.
